OPEN HOURS
We are open Thursday, Friday, and Saturday of each week for you to come and check out our furniture in person. No appointment is needed! Additionally, you can stay up to date with our current selection by joining our Facebook group KeyPiece Furniture Deals.
PAYMENT
Our goal is to offer lower prices on our items than you would find at other furniture stores. We do this by keeping our overhead costs low and passing on the savings to you. The result is an average discount of 15-30% off retail on our items. All sales are also subject to 6% MI sales tax.

We accept cash or card!
DELIVERY
We offer $30 Front Door Delivery’ for addresses within a 10 mile radius of our store. We are happy to deliver further distances as well for $3 per additional mile.

PAYMENT
You can pay in store or pay via emailed invoice. Orders typically arrive within 1-5 weeks. We will then contact you upon your item’s arrival at our warehouse to arrange pickup or delivery.
Please note: While we strive to provide a wide selection, some items requested for order may not always be in stock. Availability can vary, but our team will gladly help you explore alternatives or provide updates on restocking timelines. Thank you for your understanding!
POLICIES
RETURNS
To keep our prices low, we do not accept returns. If a new in the box item is found to be damaged or defective upon opening, we will work with you to offer a repair or replacement. Unboxed items are inspected and sold ‘as-is’ with no returns.
